Concrete Structures & Floors (Concrete SF) completed the supply and installation of safety netting and TATA RoofDek D100 steel decking for Fullpen Fabrications, working alongside Roskerry at Spire Wellesley Hospital, Southend-on-Sea. Covering 220 m², the project was delivered in a single day thanks to excellent site coordination, clear access, and the absence of conflicting trades. With all works fully prepared in advance, Concrete SF’s specialist team executed the installation safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with healthcare construction standards. The project demonstrates Concrete SF’s ability to deliver fast, reliable roofing and safety solutions for time-critical healthcare and commercial environments.

Concrete Structures & Floors (Concrete SF) delivered a high-specification composite steel decking and reinforced concrete floor for SPEC Projects, supporting their end client Grundon’s Waste Management in Avonmouth, Bristol. The project required a rapid 14-day turnaround from order to full installation. By combining CMF MetFloor 60 steel decking with an integrated supply-and-fix concrete solution, Concrete SF maintained complete control over design coordination, logistics, and on-site delivery—eliminating delays typically caused by split trade packages. The completed floor provides a durable, load-bearing solution designed to withstand the demands of a modern waste management facility, demonstrating Concrete SF’s capability to deliver time-critical industrial flooring projects across the UK.

CSF are using their expertise on a project for Bentleys/ Welsh Water to construct the largest spillway in the UK at Llyn Celyn Reservoir in Bala in North Wales. Commencing in January 2024, the project is planned to take 18 months. Once complete the reservoir dam will be protected from degradation as a result of any overflow from the reservoir in the event of high rainfall or other extreme weather events, also offering protection to the town of Bala and surrounding areas.
