Castell Construction | Ongoing housing development
Concrete Structures & Floors has been appointed for groundworks and civil engineering works at Factory Road, Newport, supporting a six-storey apartment building for a local housing association.
The contract includes storm and foul drainage, highway and footway construction, a SuDS-approved attenuation tank and porous car parking bays. CSF will also construct the first three floors of the concrete frame.
